Process |
 Sorting
|
It starts from sorting of Cotton Rags, so that all the unwanted dust
particals can be sorted out and We get the Clean Cotton Rags for Production. |
Chopping |
After Sorting Cotton Rags is chopped in small
pieces, so that it can be ready for the further Process. |
Washing |
Now Cotton Rags is ready to wash, Rags are washed
till it get clean. |
Beating |
When Cotton Rags is Clean and washed properly, It
is ready to beat. This process Beat Rags for fabrication, Rags are beatted till
it get appropriate for Sheet-Making. |
Sheet-Making |
This process is done by two person, they take the
appropriate amount of pulp and put it in the Sheet Making Wets. They Shake this
pulp till it gets properly spreads in every corner of wet.
After that they take Sheet out of wet and Cover a
cloth on the Sheet-Making Net, and Discard it. |
Sheet-Drying |
After Sheet-Making, sheets are ready for drying. |
Sheet-Sorting |
When sheets are ready after drying, It requires the
sorting of the damaged sheet. Which are recycled in this process again? |
Calendaring |
When we finally got the all perfect sheets, it
require to calendar for the fine finishing on the paper. |
Edge
Cutting |
Now the paper is ready to get the final touch. It
got to cut its edges to in the proper size. |
